Intelligent fine adjustment system for ballastless track plate
The invention discloses an intelligent fine adjustment system for a ballastless track plate. The system comprises a measurement device, a fine adjustment claw and an adjustment mechanism, and the measurement device sends ballastless track plate position data to a control host; the adjustment mechanism drives the fine adjustment claw to adjust the position of the ballastless track plate; the fine adjustment claw comprises a connecting plate and a screw rod sliding block mechanism; the screw rod sliding block mechanism comprises three adjusting heads, and the three adjusting heads rotate to be used for driving the connecting plate to conduct X-direction, Y-direction and Z-direction three-dimensional adjustment; and the adjustment mechanism comprises three driving motors and three speed reducers, each driving motor is connected with one speed reducer, and output shafts of the three speed reducers are connected with the three adjusting heads through dowel bars respectively. Adjustment parameters are obtained through a total station, a dowel bar connected with the fine adjustment claw is utilized, the motors drive the dowel bar to achieve fine adjustment of the track plate, the adjustedstate is fed back to the control host, automatic fine adjustment is conducted through equipment, and the track plate is adjusted to the required spatial position quickly and precisely.
