The plate type ballastless track fine adjustment device comprises supports, a fixing plate, an infrared detection assembly and a fine adjustment assembly, the two ends of the n-shaped supports are used for being erected on the left side and the right side of a ballastless track plate, the infrared detection assembly is arranged at the center position of the top face of each support, and each support is at least provided with two lower pressing plates; the fine adjustment assemblies are installed on supporting legs on the left and right sides of the support. The infrared detection assembly comprises an infrared emission instrument, an inclination angle display instrument and an infrared centering position indicator; the fine adjustment assembly comprises a vertical adjustment bolt, a horizontal adjustment bolt and a movable frame. The device is erected in the coarse paving stage, and the lower pressing plate is arranged, so that the error of up-down deviation caused by floating of the ballastless track plate is avoided; the infrared detection assembly is arranged in the middle of the support, the position of the ballastless track plate in the concrete pouring and solidification process is monitored in real time, the ballastless track plate is adjusted according to the offset, the labor intensity of workers is greatly relieved, operation is easy, and working efficiency is high.
本发明公开了一种板块式无砟轨道精调装置及精调方法,包括支架、固定板、红外检测组件以及精调组件,n形的支架两端用于搭设于无砟轨道板左右两侧,红外检测组件设置于支架顶面中心位置处,每个支架上至少安装有两个下压板,精调组件安装于支架左右两侧支腿上;红外检测组件包括红外发射仪、倾角显示仪以及红外居中定位仪;精调组件包括垂直调节螺栓、水平调节螺栓以及移动架。通过在粗铺阶段架设本装置,并设置下压板,避免无砟轨道板浮动造成上下偏移的误差;通过在支架中部设有红外检测组件,对混凝土浇筑以及凝固过程中无砟轨道板的位置进行实时监测,并根据偏移量对无砟轨道板进行调整大幅度减轻工人劳动强度,操作简单,作业效率高。
