The first framework is inserted into thesecond framework, so that the second framework is fixed, a motor works to drive a rotating shaft to rotate, jacking force is applied to the first main beam and the second main beam, operation is easy, the jacking efficiency is high, and the strength and rigidity of the bridge are greatly improved.
