The invention provides an online operation vehicle and a corresponding operation method. The online operation vehicle can clean a tunnel wall, a ballast bed surface and a drainage ditch in a tunnel inan omnibearing mode. The vehicle comprises four sections of operation vehicles. The first section of vehicle is a dry ice spraying and sucking cleaning operation vehicle and is used for conducting dry ice cleaning on the wall of the railway tunnel; the second section of vehicle is a rolling brush suction type cleaning operation vehicle and is used for carrying out sweeping suction type cleaning on the part below the tunnel wall; the third section of vehicle is a high-pressure water washing type cleaning operation vehicle and is used for washing the part below the tunnel wall with high-pressure water, so that the purpose of secondary cleaning is achieved; and the fourth section of vehicle is a stirring suction type cleaning operation vehicle and is used for specially cleaning drainage ditches and some dirt gathering points in the railway tunnel. Application of a dry ice spraying and sucking cleaning and dust removing mode to railway tunnel cleaning operation is initiated at home, the defects in the prior art at home and abroad at present can be overcome, and the beneficial effects of being environmentally friendly, free of damage to all equipment pipelines of a tunnel and the likeare achieved.
本发明提供一种能够对隧道壁、道床表面以及隧道内的排水沟进行全方位清洁的在线作业车辆及其相应的作业方法,该车包括四节作业车。第一节车为“干冰喷吸”清洁作业车，用于对铁路隧道壁进行干冰清洁；第二节车为“滚刷抽吸式”清洁作业车，用于对隧道壁以下部分进行扫吸式清洁；第三节车为“高压水冲洗式”清洁作业车，用于对隧道壁以下部分进行高压水冲洗，实现二次清洁的目的；第四节车为“搅动抽吸式”清洁作业车，用于对铁路隧道内的排水沟及一些污物聚集点进行专门的清洁。将“干冰喷吸”清洁除尘方式应用于铁路隧道清洁作业属于国内首创，不仅可以克服目前国内外现有技术中的缺点，还具有绿色环保，对于隧道各设备管线无损伤等优点。
