The invention discloses a method for reinforcing a full-section tunnel face of an under-crossing road without influencing the operation of an existing railway, which comprises the following steps of: S1, adopting full-section excavation, enabling the soil body of the excavated tunnel face to be smooth, regular and tidy, and delimiting the range of a grouting reinforced foundation; s2, before the bridge body is jacked, grouting reinforcement treatment is conducted on the foundation of the line; s3, after grouting reinforcement treatment, bridge body jacking is conducted, the geological condition and the jacking progress are monitored in the bridge body jacking process, and the safety of a bridge body structure is ensured; and S4, if jacking of the bridge body is completed, comprehensive inspection is conducted on the foundation and the bridge body, and if problems are found, repairing is correspondingly conducted. According to the method, a full-section excavation and grouting reinforcement scheme is adopted, so that the excavation surface is flat and neat, and the condition of soil block falling or soil body collapse is avoided.
本发明公开了不影响既有铁路运行的下穿道路全断面掌子面加固方法,该方法包括以下步骤:S1、采用全断面开挖,并使开挖掌子面土体平顺规律整齐,对注浆加固的地基范围进行划定;S2、在桥体顶进前,对线路的地基进行注浆加固处理;S3、注浆加固处理之后,进行桥体顶进,且在桥体顶进过程中监测地质情况和顶进进度,确保桥体结构的安全;S4、若桥体顶进完成,则对地基及桥体进行全面检查,若发现问题,则对应进行修复。本发明采用全断面开挖,注浆加固方案,使得开挖面平整且整齐,没有土块脱落或土体坍塌的情况发生。
