The invention discloses a repairing device for engaging degree of a pile type water stop structure and a precise slurry supplementing method thereof. The repairing device comprises a reinforcement cage, a side grouting pipe and a fixed-point grouting pipe. The reinforcement cage is arranged in a reinforced pile. The side grouting pipe is connected to the periphery of the reinforcement cage and corresponds to joint of the plain pile and the reinforced pile. A first plug is arranged at the bottom of the side grouting pipe, and first grouting holes are formed in the side wall of the side groutingpipe at intervals. One-way grout discharging valves are arranged on the outer surface of the side grouting pipe and correspond to the first grouting holes. The fixed-point grouting pipe is inserted into the side grouting pipe, a second plug is arranged at the bottom of the fixed-point grouting pipe, and second grouting holes are formed in the lower portion of the fixed-point grouting pipe at intervals. An upper rubber plug and a lower rubber plug are arranged in a gap between the fixed-point grouting pipe and the side grouting pipe. The upper rubber plug is located above the second grouting hole in the uppermost side, and the lower rubber plug is located below the second grouting hole in the lowermost side.
