The invention discloses a hydraulic energy supply system and an excavator, and relates to the technical field of excavators. The hydraulic energy supply system comprises a first pumping device, a second pumping device, a main valve, a converging valve, a first flow regulating valve, a second flow regulating valve, a switching device and a breaking hammer; the first flow regulating valve is used for regulating the displacement of the first pumping device, and the second flow regulating valve is used for regulating the displacement of the second pumping device; the switching device is used for switching the hydraulic energy supply system from an excavation mode to a crushing mode; in the excavation mode, the first pumping device and the second pumping device are used for supplying oil to themain valve; and in the crushing mode, the first pumping device supplies the oil to the breaking hammer through the main valve, and the second pumping device supplies the oil to the main valve and supplies the oil to the breaking hammer through the converging valve. When double pumps are adopted by the hydraulic energy supply system to supply the oil, the oil conveyed by the second pumping devicecan reach the breaking hammer without passing through the main valve, the oil pressure loss is smaller, the heat productivity is relatively smaller, and the energy loss is smaller.
