The invention relates to an oil supply hydraulic system which comprises a first oil inlet P1, a second oil inlet P2, an oil return port T, a first control unit, a second control unit and a pressure comparison unit. The second executing mechanism is connected to a second oil inlet path and a second oil return path through a second control unit, the second oil inlet path is provided with a flow control unit used for controlling the flow of the second oil inlet path, and two comparison oil ports of the pressure comparison unit are connected with load oil ports of the first control unit and the second control unit respectively. And an oil outlet C of the pressure comparison unit is connected with the flow control unit so as to feed back higher load pressure in the first control unit and the second control unit to a control oil port of the flow control unit. In addition, the invention further relates to an excavator hydraulic system. According to the oil supply hydraulic system, it can be guaranteed that the composite action has good coordination, and the working efficiency is improved.
