The invention discloses a water supply and drainage system applied to a transformer substation. The system mainly comprises a water supplementing system, a domestic water supply system, a fire-fighting water supply system, an oily wastewater drainage system, a domestic sewage treatment system and a rainwater drainage system; and according to the system, water is uniformly introduced into the transformer substation through a water supply pipeline of a municipal pipeline, then the transformer substation supplies the water to each water consumption point through an erected pipeline, the water consumption points comprise a domestic water consumption point and a fire-fighting water consumption point, a drainage system is independently separated from a water supply system, related emergency accidents are treated, and domestic sewage is recycled. The system relieves the environmental pressure and problems caused by the increase of the number of transformer substations in recent years, and national long-term sustainable green development is facilitated.
