The invention discloses a manufacturing method of a closely-spliced hollow laminated slab. The manufacturing method comprises the specific manufacturing steps that S1, prefabricated bottom plate structures are manufactured; S2, the multiple prefabricated bottom plate structures are spliced; and S3, after splicing, frame beams on the peripheries of the prefabricated bottom plate structures form a formwork structure poured with concrete on site, concrete is poured into a formed mold cavity, on-site pouring of the spliced parts of the adjacent prefabricated bottom plate structures, the prefabricated vertical rib beam truss steel bar parts and the top plate parts is completed, and finally the closely-spliced hollow laminated slab is formed. According to the manufactured hollow laminated slab,the advantages of a cast-in-place hollow floor slab and a truss steel bar laminated slab are combined, a light filling body, a laminated bottom plate and transverse dense ribs in a cavity are combinedinto a whole, large-scale production is achieved in a factory, the bottom plate with the one-way dense ribs, embedded steel bars and the light filling body is formed, the bearing force and rigidity required by large-span floor slab construction can be met, additional construction supporting or supporting reduction is not needed, finally, on-site pouring of longitudinal rib beams and a top plate is achieved, and therefore manufacturing of the closely-spliced hollow laminated slab is completed.
本发明公开了一种密拼空心叠合板的制作方法,具体制作步骤为:S1.制作预制底板结构;S2.多个预制底板结构的拼接;S3.拼接后预制底板结构四周的框架梁形成现场混凝土浇筑的模板结构,向形成的模腔内浇筑混凝土,完成相邻预制底板结构拼接部分、预制竖向肋梁桁架钢筋部分以及顶板部分的现场浇筑,最后形成密拼空心叠合板。本发明制作的空心叠合板结合现浇空心楼板和桁架钢筋叠合板的优点,将空腔内轻质填充体、叠合底板以及横向密肋合成一体,在工厂规模化生产,形成带单向密肋、预埋钢筋和轻质填充体的底板,能够满足较大跨度楼板施工需要的承载力和刚度,不需要另设施工支撑或减少支撑,最终现场浇筑纵向肋梁及顶板,从而完成密拼空心叠合板的制作。
