Novel laminated slab and closely-spliced integral joint structure thereof
The invention provides a novel laminated slab and a dense splicing type integral joint structure thereof. The dense splicing type integral joint structure comprises two laminated slabs which are in butt joint with each other and a post-pouring body formed by a cement-based material, and two upper notches located in the butt joint side edges of the two laminated slabs respectively form a post-pouring joint together; a through V-shaped end seam with the width gradually reduced from the upper side to the lower side is formed between the two second end faces located on the butt joint side edges of the two laminated slabs correspondingly, and the post-pouring body fills the post-pouring seam and the end seam and connects the two laminated slabs. A first lap joint steel bar, a steel bar truss and a second lap joint steel bar with a hook structure are arranged in the post-cast joint. According to the invention, the integrality and the bearing capacity are high, and the crack resistance of the joint part is high; and during construction, the leakage-proof piece can be naturally clamped at the bottom of the joint structure, so that the leakage-proof effect is good, and the construction difficulty can be reduced.
本发明提供了一种新型叠合板及其密拼式整体接缝结构,所述密拼式整体接缝结构包括相互对接的两个所述的叠合板以及由水泥基材料形成的后浇体,分别位于两个叠合板的对接侧边的两个上部槽口共同形成后浇接缝;分别位于两个叠合板上的对接侧边的两个第二端面之间形成由上侧至下侧宽度逐渐减小的贯通的V型端部接缝,所述后浇体填充所述后浇接缝和端部接缝并连接所述的两个叠合板,所述后浇接缝中设置第一搭接钢筋、钢筋桁架及带有弯钩结构的第二搭接钢筋。本发明整体性及承载能力强,接缝部位抗裂能力高;在进行施工时,防漏件会自然卡接在接缝结构的底部,防漏效果好,能够降低了施工难度。
