A top bin is used for being mounted at the front end of the main body, sothat when the mortar spraying device needs to spray mortar in a gradually-changed mode, the mortar is in direct impact contact with a rotating part in the top bin through a liquid outlet pipe, the rotating part rotates, then the mortar enters a moving rod through the interior of a mounting rod to enable the moving rod to move upwards for spraying, a spring on the outer side of an inserting rod rebounds after being pressed, the moving rod is pulled to move downwards, and the moving rod can move up and down in a circulating gradually-changed mode to spray mortar.
