The invention provides an environment-friendly ceramic tile adhesive and a preparation method thereof, and belongs to the technical field of adhesive production. The adhesive comprises the following raw materials by weight: 10-30% of cement, 60-85% of machine-made sand, 5-15% of steel slag powder and/or composite micro powder, 0-1.5% of separable regenerated latex powder, and 0.05-1% of celluloseether. The invention also provides a preparation method of the adhesive. The adhesive is reasonable in formula, wide in source, low in cost and environmentally friendly, has good cohesiveness, good bonding strength and a mildew-proof effect and is not prone to cracking.
本发明提供一种环保瓷砖粘结剂及其制备方法，属于粘结剂生产技术领域，所述粘结剂包括如下重量百分比的原料：水泥10～30％、机制砂60～85％、钢渣粉和/复合微粉5～15％、可分再生乳胶粉0～1.5％、纤维素醚0.05～1％。本发明还提供了所述粘结剂的制备方法。所述粘结剂配方合理，来源广泛、成本低，绿色环保，得到的粘结剂具有良好的粘结性，粘结强度好，不易出现裂缝，还有防霉的效果。
