Water-based environment-friendly two-component ceramic tile adhesive and preparation method thereof
The invention belongs to the technical field of polymer materials and binders, and discloses a water-based environment-friendly two-component ceramic tile binder and a preparation method thereof. The two-component ceramic tile adhesive comprises a liquid material and a powder material, the liquid material is prepared from the following components in parts by weight: 50 to 80 parts of acrylic emulsion, 20 to 30 parts of organic silicon modified polyurethane emulsion and 0 to 30 parts of water; the powder material comprises the following components in parts by weight: 50-80 parts of Portland cement, 20-30 parts of quartz sand and 2-10 parts of white carbon black. The organic silicon modified polyurethane emulsion is obtained by reacting hydroxyl-terminated polyether modified polydimethoxy siloxane with diisocyanate and then carrying out hydrophilic chain extension, neutralization and emulsification. According to the ceramic tile adhesive disclosed by the invention, the specific organic silicon modified polyurethane emulsion and the acrylic emulsion are compounded for use, so that the adhesive force, the water resistance and the heat resistance of the ceramic tile adhesive can be remarkably improved.
