High-freezing-resistance cement-based rapid repair material and preparation method thereof
The invention discloses a high-freezing-resistance cement-based rapid repair material and a preparation method thereof. The high-freezing-resistance cement-based rapid repair material is prepared fromthe following raw materials in parts by weight: 25-40 parts of Portland cement, 10-15 parts of carborundum, 8-13 parts of quartz sand, 15-20 parts of fly ash, 10-13 parts of silica fume, 3-5 parts ofa water reducing agent, 5-8 parts of an anti-freezing agent, 1-3 parts of cold-low-cold efficient air-entraining powder and 3-7 parts of low-temperature latex powder. The Portland cement is the mostimportant part of the repair material. The carborundum and the quartz sand are high in hardness, so the strength of the repair material can be improved by adding the carborundum and the quartz sand into the cement; and thus, high strength is obtained after repairing. Pores among cement particles can be filled with the fly ash and the silica fume, the water content can be reduced by the water reducing agent, and the anti-freezing agent can be hardened at negative temperature to prevent free water from freezing and to obviously improve the anti-freezing performance of the repair material, so a pavement can be used for a longer time after being repaired.
本发明公开了一种高抗冻性水泥基快速修复材料及其制备方法,其原料按照重量份包括硅酸盐水泥25‑40份、金刚砂10‑15份、石英砂8‑13份、粉煤灰15‑20份、微硅粉10‑13份、减水剂3‑5份、防冻剂5‑8份、抗寒抗低寒高效引气粉剂1‑3份和耐低温乳胶粉3‑7份。硅酸盐水泥为修复材料最主要的部分;金刚砂和石英砂硬度高,加入水泥中可以提高修复材料的强度,从而可以使得在修复后强度较高,粉煤灰和微硅粉能够填充水泥颗粒间的孔隙,减水剂可以减少含水量,防冻剂使得可以在负温下硬化,避免游离水结冰,并能显著提高修复材料的抗冻性能,使得路面在修复后可以使用更长的时间。
