The cement-based rapid repair material comprises the following components in parts by weight: 300-660 parts of ordinary Portland cement, 250-400 parts of aluminate cement, 350-500 parts of fine sand, 200-500 parts of the phase change heat storage material and 300-550 parts of coarse aggregate, 1.5-5 parts of a powder polycarboxylate superplasticizer, 2-7 parts of an anti-freezing agent and 1-3 parts of a powder accelerator. Compared with a common Portland cement system, the repairing material provided by the invention has the effects of accelerating setting and hardening at negative temperature, improving early strength and increasing later strength, and effectively improves the problems of slow hydration and low strength in a low-temperature environment.
本发明公开了一种负温下含相变储热材料的水泥基快速修复材料及其制备方法,涉及建筑材料技术领域包括按以下重量份数计的以下组分:普通硅酸盐水泥300~660份、铝酸盐水泥250~400份、细砂350~500份、相变储热材料200~500份、粗骨料300‑550份,粉体聚羧酸减水剂1.5~5份、防冻剂2~7份以及粉体速凝剂1~3份。本发明提供的修复材料相比于普通硅酸盐水泥体系,起到了负温加快凝结硬化、提高早期强度、增加后期强度的作用,有效改善了低温环境下水化慢、强度低的问题。
