The invention discloses a red rabbit hair Jianzhan cup manufacturing process which comprises the following steps: preparing a green body, main body glaze slip and glaze tear glaze slip; applying the main body glaze slip, pouring the main body glaze slip into the green body, staying for 6-8 seconds, reversely buckling the green body into the main body glaze slip, soaking for 6-8 seconds, not applying glaze to the outer bottom of the green body and airing; applying glaze tear glaze slip, drawing the glaze tear glaze slip on the lower edge of the main body glaze slip outside the green body at intervals by adopting a writing brush to form glaze tear, and drying in the air; and putting the glazed and air-dried green body into an electric kiln for roasting. The glaze hair stripes of the Jianzhancup prepared by the method are red, clear and densely distributed, the ground color of the glaze is red and black, and the glaze is mild, fine and smooth and rich in charm. Meanwhile, the glaze doesnot flow to adhere to the outer bottom of the cup, multiple glaze tears are formed, and the glaze tears are fleshy and strong in aesthetic feeling.
本发明公开了红兔毫建盏制作工艺，包括以下步骤：制备坯体、主体釉浆、釉泪釉浆，先施主体釉浆，所述主体釉浆倒入所述坯体内，停留6‑8s，再反扣所述坯体入所述主体釉浆里浸泡6‑8s，坯体外底部不施釉，晾干；再施釉泪釉浆，采用毛笔将釉泪釉浆间隔点画在坯体外部主体釉浆的下边沿处成为釉泪，晾干；将施釉晾干后的坯体放入电窑炉内焙烧。本发明制得的建盏釉面毫丝斑纹为红色，清晰密布，釉面底色为红里透黑，釉面温润细腻，富有韵味。同时建盏外底部不流釉粘底，形成多滴釉泪，釉泪肥厚，美感强。
