本发明涉及一种电子烟用多孔陶瓷材料的制备方法,采用该方法制备得到的多孔陶瓷材料及其在电子烟雾化器中的应用。本发明的制备方法将天然麦饭石作为多孔陶瓷的主要骨料,可以在常规大气条件下于常压下烧制成型,烧结的条件温和,可以采用450~550℃保温0.5~3小时、再升温至800~950℃保温烧结0.3~2小时的两步法烧制流程,无需引入低熔点的玻璃粉等助剂。麦饭石的颗粒本身即具有大量的微孔、介孔结构,再结合造孔剂,可以获得90%以上的孔隙率,同时具备20MPa以上的抗弯强度。得到的多孔陶瓷作为电子烟雾化芯材料使用,有毒元素零释放。
