Porous ceramic material and preparation method thereof
The invention relates to the technical field of ceramic product preparation processes, and in particular, relates to a porous ceramic material and a preparation method thereof. The porous ceramic material comprises the following raw materials in percentage by mass: 40%-46% of quartz glass powder, 3%-10% of a multiphase additive, 0.2%-2% of a dispersing agent, 0.5%-5% of a foaming agent, 0.02%-0.5% of a green body reinforcing agent and 40%-53% of water; and the multiphase additive is a mixture of two or three of zirconium oxide, magnesium oxide and titanium oxide. The sintering temperature is reduced by controlling the content of each raw material component and adding the multiphase additive; by adding the green body reinforcing agent, the strength of the green body is improved, and automatic production is facilitated; by adopting the preparation method disclosed by the invention, the advantages of a foaming method and a grouting method are combined, and a sintering curve is designed, so that the quartz glass porous ceramic which is high in porosity, good in strength, uniform in pore diameter, stable in performance and easy to produce can be prepared.
本发明涉及陶瓷产品制备工艺技术领域,尤其涉及多孔陶瓷材料及其制备方法,多孔陶瓷材料包括以下质量百分比含量的原料:石英玻璃粉40%~46%、复相添加剂3%~10%、分散剂0.2%~2%、发泡剂0.5%~5%、坯体增强剂0.02%~0.5%、水40%~53%;所述复相添加剂为氧化锆、氧化镁和氧化钛中的两种或三种的混合物。通过控制各原料组分的含量,并加入复相添加剂,达到降低烧结温度;通过添加坯体增强剂,提高了坯体强度,有利于自动化生产;采用本发明制备方法,结合发泡法与注浆法的优点,并通过设计烧结曲线,可制备孔隙率高,强度好,孔径均匀,性能稳定,易生产的石英玻璃多孔陶瓷。
