The invention relates to a steel rail displacement monitoring system, which is mainly characterized by comprising an auxiliary measurement module, a monitoring control device and a laser ranging device, the auxiliary measuring module is installed on the lower edge of the side end of a steel rail, and the laser ranging device is aligned with the longitudinal displacement measuring end face, the transverse displacement measuring end face and the vertical displacement measuring end face of the auxiliary measuring module and transmits ranging results of the three end faces to the monitoring control device. The monitoring control device receives the ranging results of the laser ranging device and calculates the transverse, longitudinal and vertical displacement changes of the steel rail. The system is reasonable in design, achieves the automatic non-contact measurement of the transverse, longitudinal and vertical displacement of the steel rail, is accurate in measurement, is high in speed,is easy to achieve, can achieve a remote monitoring function, and improves the automatic monitoring level.
