PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a steel tower displacement monitoring system capable of detecting a minor displacement of a steel tower and a steel tower displacement monitoring method.SOLUTION: The steel tower displacement monitoring system includes: a target provided on the lower part of a steel tower; imaging means provided at a specific position on the steel tower in the upper vertical direction of the target for imaging the target in a state in which the imaging direction is set downward in the vertical direction; storage means for storing the position of a specific measurement object point of the target when the steel tower is in a reference state as the reference position; imaging control means for controlling imaging means to acquire a measurement image of the target at a specific timing: position detection means for detecting the position of the measurement object point as a measurement point in a measurement image; and displacement measuring means for obtaining a steel tower displacement amount of the steel tower on the basis of the target displacement amount by measuring, as a target displacement amount, an amount of a displacement of the measurement object point from the reference position to the measurement position in the measurement image.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】鉄塔の微小な変位を検出することができる鉄塔の変位監視システム、および鉄塔の変位監視方法を提供する。【解決手段】鉄塔の変位監視システムは、鉄塔の下部に設けられるターゲットと、ターゲットの鉛直上方向における鉄塔の所定位置に設けられ、撮像方向が鉛直下方向に向けられた状態でターゲットを撮像する撮像手段と、鉄塔が基準状態であるときのターゲットの所定の計測対象点の位置を基準位置として記憶する記憶手段と、所定のタイミングでターゲットの計測用画像を取得するよう撮像手段を制御する撮像制御手段と、計測用画像内において、計測対象点の位置を計測位置として検出する位置検出手段と、計測用画像内で計測対象点が基準位置から計測位置に変位した変位量をターゲット変位量として計測することにより、ターゲット変位量に基づいて鉄塔が変位した鉄塔変位量を求める変位計側手段と、を有する。【選択図】図２
