According to the invention, a place and an equipment structure form for comprehensively treating excrement and carbon-rich substances are provided through the structural form of the toilet, the carbon-rich substances can be stored and effectively supplied without power, the excrement can be timely and effectively treated, and the equipment is suitable for being used in rural water-deficient areas and provides fertilizer supply.
