The invention discloses a floor flue hole reserving tool and a construction method thereof. The tool comprises an angle steel frame and a flat iron frame, the angle steel frame is of a box frame structure, the section of the angle steel frame is square, the flat iron frame is located below the angle steel frame and is of a box frame structure, the section of the flat iron frame is square, and theside length of the square of the section of the angle steel frame is larger than that of the square of the section of the flat iron frame. The angle steel frame is formed by welding angle steel, the flat iron frame is formed by welding flat iron, and corners of the angle steel frame and the flat iron frame are welded and connected through triangular flat iron. A tool handle is welded onto the angle steel frame. By means of the tool, the quality and accuracy of a flue reserved hole can be guaranteed; the transfer frequency is high, and mounting and dismounting are convenient; after flue hole reserving is completed, grooves with the height and the width being 50 mm are formed in the periphery of the hole and can serve as supporting and fixing points for reserved hole protection; and before the flue mounting process, mortar of 20 mm needs to be smeared in the grooves, then the flue is directly placed in the grooves, after the position of the flue is adjusted, the flue is fixed through hoops, and finally the grooves are filled with grouting materials.
