The first and second pipe holding bodies are combined at respective abutting surfaces 23, 33. The cylindrical pipe 51 inserted into the combined hollow cylindrical section is held in the hollow cylindrical section by using a fastener 60, and the cylindrical pipe 52 inserted into the cylindrical section that was combined tobecome a hollow cylinder is held in the hollow semicircular section by using the fastener 60.
