The invention discloses anti-cracking Portland cement which comprises the following components in parts by weight: 100-300 parts of Portland cement, 90-160 parts of fly ash, 60-120 parts of a water reducing agent, 25-40 parts of an anti-seismic mixture, 10-50 parts of an anti-cracking polymeric fiber mixture, 20-30 parts of refined quartz sand, 10-15 parts of thickener cellulose and 5-10 parts ofnylon fibers. The anti-cracking Portland cement has good anti-cracking performance, the mixed concrete of the anti-cracking Portland cement is used for building structures of poured beams and columns,the cracking phenomenon is effectively solved, and the anti-cracking Portland cement has very strong earthquake resistance.
