The invention discloses anti-cracking Portland cement composite slurry composed of 30 to 50 parts of Portland cement, 8 to 12 parts of superfine quartz sand, 6 to 8 parts of modified calcium carbonate whiskers, 4 to 6 parts of modified polyamide fibers, 10 to 20 parts of polyurethane modified natural latex, 0.2 to 0.4 part of sulfonated melamine formaldehyde resin, 1 to 2 parts of methylcyclosiloxane and 20 to 40 parts of deionized water. The invention also discloses a preparation method of the anti-cracking Portland cement composite slurry, wherein the preparation method comprises the following steps: (1) adding the polyurethane modified natural latex and methylcyclosiloxane into water, stirring and mixing to obtain a mixed emulsion; and (2) adding the Portland cement, superfine quartz sand, modified calcium carbonate whiskers, modified polyamide fibers and sulfonated melamine formaldehyde resin into the mixed emulsion, and stirring and mixing to obtain the anti-cracking Portland cement composite slurry.
