The invention discloses low-temperature-rise anti-crack anti-impact-wear concrete and a preparation method thereof. The low-temperature-rise anti-crack anti-impact-wear concrete comprises 120-140 kg/m<3> of water, 251-334 kg/m<3> of cement, 15-24 kg/m<3> of silicon powder, 68-89 kg/m<3> of fly ash, 1.0-1.2 kg/m<3> of fibers, 590-720kg/m<3> of sand, 1226-1292kg/m<3> of gravels, 2.35-3.10kg/m<3> ofpolycarboxylate superplasticizer, and 0.022-0.032kg/m<3> of air entraining agent. The preparation method comprises the following steps: adding the cement, the silicon powder, the fly ash, the PVA fibers, the sand and the gravels into a mixing container in proportion, conducting stirring for 90-120 seconds, adding the water, the air entraining agent and the polycarboxylate superplasticizer into theobtained mixture, and sufficiently conducting mixing and stirring for 80-90 seconds, thereby obtaining the low-temperature-rise anti-crack anti-impact-wear concrete. The invention has the advantagesof low hydration heat, low energy consumption and good toughness and remarkable technical and economic benefits, and can greatly reduce the later operation and maintenance cost.
