The invention discloses a method for preparing a foamed ceramic material by completely utilizing industrial solid wastes, which comprises the following steps: drying and screening industrial solid wastes such as fly ash, coal gangue, tailings, polishing slag and the like, carrying out ball milling and mixing on various solid wastes according to a weight ratio, and carrying out spraying granulationby utilizing a spray tower to obtain apellet raw material; and, uniformly spreading the foamed ceramic raw material subjected to powder spraying granulation on a shelf board, firing the foamed ceramic raw material spread on the shelf board in the step S4 in a kiln at the temperature of 1,120 DEG C to 1,190 DEG C for 5-6 hours, gradually cooling to the temperature of less than or equal to 100 DEGC, taking out of the kiln, cutting the fired foamed ceramic board, forming, grading, packaging and warehousing. According to the invention, the problem of completely utilizing the industrial solid wastes to prepare the foamed ceramic is solved, a new scheme is provided for treatment and utilization of the industrial solid wastes, the production cost is reduced, and energy conservation and emissionreduction are realized.
本发明公开了一种完全利用工业固体废弃物制备发泡陶瓷材料的方法,包括如下步骤将工业固体废弃物如粉煤灰、煤矸石、尾矿、抛光渣等进行干燥和筛分处理,按照重量比将各种固体废弃物按照配比球磨混合,利用喷雾塔进行喷雾造粒,得到粒料原料,将喷粉造粒的发泡陶瓷原料均匀的布洒于棚板之上,将S4中布洒于棚板之上的发泡陶瓷原料置于窑炉中烧制,烧制温度为1120℃‑1190℃,烧成时间为5‑6小时,然后逐渐降温至≤100℃出窑,烧制完成的发泡陶瓷板材,切割成形分级包装入库,本发明解决了完全利用工业固体废弃物制备发泡陶瓷的问题,为工业固体废弃物的处理和利用提供了新方案,降低了生产成本,节能减排。
