Method for preparing high-strength foamed ceramic material from boric sludge and foamed ceramic material
The invention relates to the technical field of ceramic materials, in particular to a method for preparing a high-strength foamed ceramic material from boric sludge and the foamed ceramic material. The method comprises the steps that the boric sludge serves as a main raw material, and a mixed raw material is obtained by adding a material rich in aluminum oxide and silicon oxide; the contents of silicon oxide, aluminum oxide and magnesium oxide in the mixed raw material reach the content range of each component of the lowest eutectic point of a SiO2-Al2O3-MgO three-component phase diagram, and the mass ratio of the boron mud in the mixed raw material is 40% or above; and the foamed ceramic material is prepared from the mixed raw material and a foaming agent. According to the method, large-scale reduction treatment of the boric sludge is achieved, pollution caused by the boric sludge to the environment is avoided, products with high additional values are prepared, waste is turned into wealth, and the method is a new way for comprehensive and resource utilization of the boric sludge and other silicon-containing and aluminum-containing smelting solid waste.
本发明涉及陶瓷材料技术领域,特别涉及一种利用硼泥制备高强度发泡陶瓷材料的方法及发泡陶瓷材料,该方法以硼泥为主体原料,通过添加富含氧化铝和氧化硅的材料得到混合原料,使混合原料中的氧化硅、氧化铝、氧化镁三者的含量达到SiO2‑Al2O3‑MgO三组元相图最低共熔点的各成分含量范围,且混合原料中硼泥质量占比在40%以上;以该混合原料与发泡剂制得发泡陶瓷材料。本发明不仅实现了大规模减量化处理硼泥,避免其对环境造成的污染,而且还制得高附加值产品,使其变废为宝,是一种对硼泥及其他含硅含铝冶炼固废进行综合化和资源化利用的新途径。
