The invention provides an elastic fastener applied to a railway steel rail and a mounting method thereof. The elastic fastener comprises a steel rail fixing assembly and an elastic assembly, the steelrail fixing assembly is fixedly arranged on a rail bearing table, the elastic assembly is arranged below the rail bearing table, and the elastic assembly is arranged on a railway ballast bed; the elastic assembly comprises an oil chamber cavity and an air chamber cavity communicated with the oil chamber cavity, the oil chamber cavity is filled with oil, the air chamber cavity is filled with compressed air, the oil chamber cavity is connected with the rail bearing table in a sealed mode, the oil chamber cavity which is well sealed is filled with the oil in a fluid mode as a damping medium, thewheel rail vibration noise is greatly reduced and improved; an air inlet is formed in the air chamber cavity, compressed air is introduced into the air chamber cavity through the air inlet, on one hand, the pressure in the oil chamber cavity can be guaranteed, and therefore the good vibration and noise reduction effect is guaranteed, and on the other hand, it is guaranteed that the good sealing performance of the oil chamber cavity can be kept even in a pressed state.

本发明提供了一种应用于铁路钢轨的弹性扣件及其安装方法，包括钢轨固定组件和弹性组件，所述钢轨固定组件固设于承轨台上，所述承轨台下方设置所述弹性组件，所述弹性组件设于铁路道床上；所述弹性组件包括油室腔、与所述油室腔连通的气室腔，所述油室腔内充满油液，所述气室腔内充满压缩气体，所述油室腔与所述承轨台密封连接，油液以流体形式作为减振介质填充于密封良好的所述油室腔，极大减缓和改善了轮轨振动噪声；所述气室腔上设有进气口，通过所述进气口向所述气室腔内通入压缩气体，一方面可保证油室腔内的压力，从而保证良好的减振降噪效果，另一方面，保证所述油室腔即使在受压状态下也能保持良好的密封性。
