Upper and lower connecting joint of prefabricated modules
The invention discloses an upper and lower connecting joint of prefabricated modules. The upper and lower connecting joint comprises the upper prefabricated module and the lower prefabricated module,wherein the upper prefabricated module is placed above the lower prefabricated module; a bottom plate of the upper prefabricated module is located above a top plate of the lower prefabricated module;an embedded sleeve is embedded in the top of a first side plate and/or a second side plate of the lower prefabricated module; an opening of the embedded sleeve faces upwards; an internal thread is arranged in the embedded sleeve; a grouting sleeve is arranged at the position, corresponding to the embedded sleeve, of the bottom of the first side plate and/or the second side plate of the upper prefabricated module; an opening of the grouting sleeve faces downwards; a grouting pipe and a slurry outlet pipe of the grouting sleeve communicate with an inner cavity of the upper prefabricated module;a connecting steel bar is arranged in the embedded sleeve; and the lower end of the connecting steel bar is located in the embedded sleeve, and the upper end of the connecting steel bar is located inthe grouting sleeve. According to the upper and lower connecting joint, connection of the upper prefabricated module and the lower prefabricated module becomes very simple and reliable, rapid stackingand assembling of the prefabricated modules are facilitated, and the construction efficiency of a modular building can be improved easily.
本发明公开了一种预制模块的上下连接节点,包括上方预制模块和下方预制模块,上方预制模块放置于下方预制模块上方;上方预制模块的底板位于下方预制模块的顶板的上方,下方预制模块的第一侧板和/或第二侧板的顶部预埋有预埋套筒,预埋套筒的开口朝上,预埋套筒内具有内螺纹;上方预制模块的第一侧板和/或第二侧板的底部对应于预埋套筒设置有灌浆套筒,灌浆套筒的开口朝下,灌浆套筒的注浆管和出浆管均连通至上方预制模块的内腔;预埋套筒中设置有连接钢筋,连接钢筋的下端位于预埋套筒内,上端位于灌浆套筒内。本发明使得上下预制模块的连接变得十分简单、可靠,便于预制模块的快速堆叠组装,有利于提升了模块化建筑的施工效率。
