Upper and lower connecting joints of prefabricated modules and construction method
The invention discloses upper and lower connecting joints of prefabricated modules and a construction method. The upper and lower connecting joints comprise four upper prefabricated modules, four lower prefabricated modules and connecting pieces. An embedded sleeve is embedded in the top of a first side plate and/or a second side plate of each lower prefabricated module. A grouting sleeve corresponding to the embedded sleeve is arranged at the bottom of the first side plate and/or the second side plate of each upper prefabricated module. A grouting channel of each grouting sleeve is communicated to an inner cavity of the corresponding upper prefabricated module. The connecting pieces are located between the upper prefabricated modules and the lower prefabricated modules, and the connectingpieces are in lap joint with the four lower prefabricated modules at the same time. A connecting steel bar penetrating through the connecting piece is arranged in each embedded sleeve, the lower endof each connecting steel bar is located in the corresponding embedded sleeve, and the upper end of each connecting steel bar is located in the corresponding grouting sleeve. According to the upper andlower connecting joints of the prefabricated modules and the construction method, connection of the upper prefabricated modules and the lower prefabricated modules becomes very simple and reliable, rapid stacking and assembling of the prefabricated modules are facilitated, and the construction efficiency of a modular building is improved.
