The invention relates to the technical field of outdoor terminal boxes, and discloses a shielding device for outdoor terminal boxes. According to the device, during use, due to the fact that the first rotating shaft can rotate, the awning cloth can be gradually tiled only by pulling one side of the awning cloth, the side, pulled out, of the awning cloth isconnected with the first fixing piece so as to form a blocking cover structure used for sun shading and rain proofing, the structure cannot be blown by wind, and the blocking effect is good; after use, the awning cloth can be wound up by rotating the first rotating shaft, the use is convenient, and people do not need to worry about wetting of clothes; and the device can be suitable for terminal boxes of different sizes.
