The invention discloses an adhesive type interior wall brick structure and a construction method. The adhesive type interior wall brick structure comprises a face brick layer and strip-shaped or/and block-shaped standard ribs arranged on the wall surface of a base layer at intervals, wherein the face brick layer is bonded and fixed to the strip-shaped or/and block-shaped standard ribs through corresponding structural adhesive bonding blocks/points so as to form an air interlayer with a heat insulation effect; and the construction method mainly comprises the steps of wall brick pre-arrangement,base layer treatment, wall brick back surface treatment, standard rib arrangement at intervals, wall brick adhesion, joint wiping and the like. According to the method, the standard ribs replace an overall painting leveling layer to serve as a bonding base layer of the structural adhesive point bonding interior wall brick, use of cement, sand and other materials is reduced under the condition that the bonding strength of the interior wall brick is met, raised dust is reduced, and the environment is protected; and the structural adhesive is used for bonding ceramic tiles, construction is easy,the structural performance is stable, falling is avoided, and the construction cost is low.
本发明公开了一种胶粘式内墙砖结构及施工方法。所述胶粘式内墙砖结构包括面砖层、间隔设置于基层墙体面上的条状或/和块状标筋，面砖层经由对应的结构胶黏结块/点粘接固定于条状或/和块状标筋上，以形成具隔热作用的空气夹层；其施工方法主要包括墙砖预排、基层处理、墙砖背面处理、间隔设置标筋、墙砖粘贴、擦缝等步骤。本发明方法以标筋代替整体粉刷找平层作为结构胶点粘内墙砖的粘结基层，在满足内墙砖粘结强度下减少水泥、砂等材料的使用，减少扬尘，保护环境；以结构胶粘结瓷砖，易于施工，结构性能稳定，不脱落，且施工成本低。
