The garage comprises a plurality of garage sections connected in sequence, each garage section comprisesa main frame body, a support mechanism and a lifting mechanism, and each main frame body is provided with a space capable of accommodating a motor train unit; and each supporting mechanism comprises asupporting beam and a supporting base, and the supporting bases can move on the supporting beams in the width direction of the motor train units so as to abut against the bottom of the motor train units. The lifting mechanisms are arranged on the main frame bodies, the supporting beams are connected with the lifting mechanisms, and the lifting mechanisms can drive the supporting mechanisms to move in the height direction of the motor train units. According to the double-layer garage, two motor train units can be stored on one storage line, and the number of the storage lines or a new maintenance base is not increased while the storage amount of the motor train units is increased.
