Method for making bricks by utilizing tailings and furnace slag
The invention discloses a method for making bricks by utilizing tailings and furnace slag. According to the method, tailings and furnace slag are used as raw materials, a sintering-free process is adopted, recycling of waste is achieved, energy is saved, pollution is avoided, and the manufacturing period is short. The method comprises the following steps of: carrying out primary screening and primary magnetic separation on furnace slag and tailings generated after biomass combustion, and carrying out secondary magnetic separation and secondary screening on the furnace slag and tailings throughcrushing by a wet sanding machine to obtain a mixture; and mixing and stirring the mixture, cement, water and a cement reinforcing agent to obtain mortar, rolling the mortar through a rolling machine, conveying the mortar to a hydraulic brick making machine, performing hydraulic forming, moving the formed bricks to an indoor placing area for seven days of water spraying maintenance, and finally moving the bricks to an outdoor placing area for natural maintenance for 30 days. The tailings and the furnace slag are recycled, the mechanical property of the brick bodies is improved, and the ecological environment-friendly bricks prepared from the proportioned raw materials are good in strength, light in weight, good in thermal stability and small in thermal expansion coefficient.
