Method for making bricks by mixing fly ash and furnace slag
The invention provides a method for making bricks by mixing fly ash and furnace slag. The method comprises the following steps of: (1) chemical agent diluting; (2) fly ash stabilization; (3) furnace slag crushing and screening; (4) mixing and brick making; d an(5) curing and forming. Heavy metals in the fly ash are stabilized by using a chelating agent, then the fly ash, the furnace slag, magnesium phosphate cement, auxiliary materials and water are mixed and stirred, the mixture is poured into a mold to be cured and formed, and a fly ash and furnace slag mixed cement brick is obtained. The chelating agent stabilizes heavy metals in the fly ash, so that the heavy metals are not easy to leach; due to addition of the furnace slag, the magnesium phosphate cement and the auxiliary materials, the stabilizing effect on the heavy metals is further enhanced, meanwhile, the strength of the brick is improved, the environmental risk of fly ash landfill is reduced, and the brick can be recycled, can be used as a roadbed or a foundation, a seawall, a mine goaf filler and the like, and harmful substances can be converted into useful things.
