The invention provides conductive carbon black composite cement mortar and a preparation method thereof, and belongs to the technical field of cement mortar buildings. The conductive carbon black composite cement mortar provided by the invention is prepared from the following preparation raw materials in parts by mass: 380 to 420 parts of ordinary Portland cement, 1300 to 1500 parts of medium sand, 270 to 310 parts of water and 1 to 12 parts of conductive carbon black Super-P. By adding the conductive carbon black Super-P in a proper proportion, the cement mortar is good in conductivity, the conductivity of the cement mortar is greatly improved, and the adopted conductive carbon black Super-P is simple to prepare, very low in production cost, very high in economic practicability, simple and economical in overall preparation process and suitable for large-scale use. Results of the embodiment show that compared with common cement mortar, the conductive performance of the conductive carbon black composite cement mortar is improved by three orders of magnitudes, and the conductivity of the cement mortar is remarkably improved.
本发明提供了一种导电炭黑复合水泥砂浆及其制备方法,属于水泥砂浆建筑技术领域。本发明提供的导电炭黑复合水泥砂浆,以质量份计,包括以下制备原料:普通硅酸盐水泥380~420份、中砂1300~1500份、水270~310份、导电炭黑Super‑P 1~12份。本发明通过添加适当比例的导电炭黑Super‑P,导电性好,不仅使得水泥砂浆的导电性能得到大幅度提升,而且采用的导电炭黑Super‑P制备简单,生产成本很低,具有很强的经济实用性,整体制备工艺简单经济,适合大规模使用。实施例的结果表明,本发明的导电炭黑复合水泥沙浆与普通水泥砂浆相比,导电性能提升了三个数量级,显著的提升了水泥砂浆的导电性。
