The invention discloses a manufacturing method of a water permeable brick capable of adsorbing waste gas. The manufacturing method comprises the following steps: respectively mixing a concrete raw material for pouring a shell and a plastic raw material for injection molding of a porous plate; putting the mixed concrete raw materials into a shell pouring mold, putting the mixed plastic raw materials into an injection molding machine, carrying out injection molding of a porous plate, and cutting the porous activated carbon plate matched with the rectangular groove; air-drying and shaping the shell in the mold, and cooling and shaping a porous plate in the injection molding machine mold; sequentially placing the porous activated carbon plate and the porous plate into the rectangular groove ofthe shell; and clamping a shell through a special clamp, blocking a drainage hole, then inserting a glue injection opening of a foaming machine into the glue injection hole, and injecting a proper amount of EVA foaming glue into the glue injection hole. According to the invention, the EVA foam can be effectively filled into gaps of the rectangular groove, the structural strength of the water permeable brick can be improved, a better water permeable effect can be achieved, and water permeable recycling and repairing are facilitated.
本发明公开了一种可吸附废气透水砖的制造方法,包括如下步骤:将浇筑外壳的混凝土原料以及注塑多孔板的塑料原料分别混合;将混合好的混凝土原料投入外壳浇筑模具中,将混合后的塑料原料投入到注塑机中,进行多孔板的注塑成型,并裁切适配矩形槽的多孔活性炭板;对模具中的外壳进行风干定型,对注塑机模具中的多孔板进行冷却定型;依次将多孔活性炭板和多孔板放置到外壳的矩形槽中;通过专用的夹具夹持外壳,并堵住排水孔,然后将发泡机的注胶口插入注胶孔中,并注入适量的EVA发泡胶。本发明可以使得EVA发泡物有效的填充入矩形槽的空隙中,有利于提升透水砖的结构强度,同时可以达到更好的透水效果,同时有利于透水的回收和修复。
