The invention belongs to the technical field of road construction, particularly relates to asphalt and stone mixing equipment for road construction, and aims at solving the problems that most of traditional asphalt and stone mixing devices are simple in structure and single in mixing mode, and consequently the material mixing effect is poor. The equipment is characterized in that the equipment comprises a mounting bottom box and a mounting plate; a first support and a second support are welded to the two sides of the outer wall of the top of the mounting plate correspondingly, fixed concave ring plates forming obtuse angles with the second support are welded to the second supports correspondingly, convex ring plates are arranged on the inner walls of the two fixed concave ring plates, andthe same mixing tank is welded to the inner walls of the convex ring plates; and the same mounting box is welded to the opposite sides of the two fixed concave ring plates. According to the asphalt and stone mixing equipment, the heating wires are matched with the mounting box and the heat preservation plate, and the convex rods, the grooves and the strip-shaped grooves are arranged in a matched mode, so that the heat exchange area is effectively increased, the mixing tank is effectively heated and subjected to heat preservation treatment, and asphalt and pebbles are mixed.
本发明属于道路建设技术领域，尤其是一种道路建设用沥青石子混合设备，针对传统沥青石子混合装置大多结构较为简单、混合方式较为单一，从而导致物料混合效果较差的问题，现提出以下方案，包括安装底箱以及安装板，所述安装板的顶部外壁两侧分别焊接有支架一和支架二，所述支架二的均焊接有与支架二呈钝角的固定凹环板，且两个固定凹环板的内壁设置有凸环板，所述凸环板的内壁焊接有同一个混合罐，且两个固定凹环板的相对一侧焊接有同一个安装盒。本发明通过设置的加热丝配合安装盒、保温板，配合设置的凸杆、凹槽以及条形槽，有效提高换热面积，对混合罐进行有效的加热、保温处理，有利于使沥青与石子进行混合处理。
