The connecting plates are fixedly installed in the inner side of the balance arm at equal interval through bolts, the sliding groove plateis fixedly installed at the bottom of the front end of the balance arm through bolts, the balance weight basket is connected to the rear end of the balance arm through a rotating shaft, and the guidearm is fixedly installed at the rear end of the right side of the base through bolts.
