The invention discloses a connecting system and a connecting method for a prefabricated composite foundation and a prefabricated composite shear wall, and belongs to the field of prefabricated buildings. The connecting system comprises the prefabricated concrete composite foundation, the prefabricated composite shear wall and lap joint steel bars, wherein the prefabricated concrete composite foundation comprises a peripheral wall protecting plate and inner separation plates for separating the inside of the peripheral wall protecting plate into a plurality of cavities; two positioning grooves are formed in the top of each inner separation plate; inner blade plates and outer blade plates of the prefabricated composite shear wall are clamped in the positioning grooves; the lower parts of thelap joint steel bars are positioned in the cavities; the upper parts of the lap joint steel bars are positioned between the inner blade plates and the outer blade plates; and concrete is cast in the cavities, so that the prefabricated concrete composite foundation and the prefabricated composite shear wall are connected into a whole. The connecting system and the connecting method solve the problems of difficult in-place arrangement, high precision requirements and the like of the lap joint steel bars reserved on the foundation due to too great self weight in the transportation, hoisting and connecting processes of the prefabricated concrete foundation; the concrete construction does not need the erection of templates, scaffolds and the like; the efficiency is high; and the quality is guaranteed.
