The arrangement of the tower crane is reasonable, the problems of narrowconstruction site and deep foundation pit tower crane foundation arrangement are successfully solved, meanwhile, construction of the tower crane foundation does not influence normal construction, construction is carried out in order, and the construction period node is ensured. A tower crane foundation pile directly utilize the supporting pile, tower crane foundation treatment construction is reduced, mechanical and rental cost is not increased, secondary investment of tower crane foundation construction is reduced, the construction cost is saved, and construction difficulty is reduced. Meanwhile, the tower crane does not penetrate through a basement structure, the tower crane is safe and convenient to mount and dismount and can be mounted and dismounted once, and engineering quality is guaranteed.
