The invention relates to a combined tower crane foundation and a construction method thereof, wherein the combined tower crane foundation includes a first foundation beam, a second foundation beam, a third foundation beam and balancing weights; the second foundation beam and the third foundation beam are respectively arranged on two opposite sides of the first foundation beam and assembled and fixed with the first foundation beam by connectors to form a symmetrical cross-shaped structure; spacer bars are arranged on all of the first, second and third foundation beams, and the quantity and anchoring depth of the spacer bars are set according to the maximal load requirement of the combined tower crane foundation; the balancing weight is arranged on each of the first, second and third foundation beams, and the quantity of the balancing weights is set according to the type of the tower crane. According to the combined tower crane foundation and the construction method thereof, the combined tower crane foundation is formed by the three foundation beams and a certain amount of balancing weights without concrete pouring, so that the construction process is simple and convenient, and the combined tower crane foundation can be recycled, thus reducing waste of resources and saving cost.
