Expansion locking sleeve and connecting method thereof

The invention discloses an expansion locking sleeve and a connecting method thereof. The sleeve comprises a sleeve body, and a wedge-caulking base, a wedge-caulking ring and a wedge-caulking gland aresequentially arranged in the sleeve body from bottom to top; the wedge-caulking base, the wedge-caulking ring and the wedge-caulking gland are all provided with connecting channels allowing lower reinforcing steel bars to be inserted therein; a driving mechanism for driving the wedge-caulking gland to move downwards in the axial direction is arranged between the top end face of the wedge-caulkinggland and the top of the sleeve body, and the wedge-caulking gland is matched with the wedge-caulking base when moving downwards in the axial direction so that the wedge-caulking ring can shrink in the radial direction while moving downwards in the axial direction; and therefore, the wedge-caulking ring is occluded and fixed with the lower reinforcing steel bar inserted into the connecting channel. The locking sleeve can replace a grouting sleeve, so that a series of problems of the grouting sleeve are avoided.

本发明公开了一种膨胀锁紧套筒及其连接方法。所述套筒包括筒体，在筒体内自下而上依次设有楔紧底座、楔紧环以及楔紧压盖；所述楔紧底座、楔紧环以及楔紧压盖均具有供下部钢筋插入的连接通道；在楔紧压盖顶端面与筒体顶部之间的设有驱动所述楔紧压盖轴向向下移动的驱动机构，所述楔紧压盖轴向向下移动时与所述楔紧底座配合使所述楔紧环在轴向向下移动的同时径向收缩，从而与插入所述连接通道内的下部钢筋咬合固定在一起。本发明的锁紧套筒可以取代灌浆套筒，从而避免灌浆套筒存在的一系列问题。
