The invention discloses a construction method of a steel reinforced concrete conversion truss shear wall. The construction method comprises the following steps that supporting columns are erected through a tower crane, multiple straight chord beams are erected and welded on the supporting columns, multiple inclined web beams are erected and welded between every two adjacent straight chord beams, and a profile steel conversion truss is formed by all the supporting columns, the straight chord beams and the inclined web beams; steel reinforcement cages are correspondingly arranged on the supporting columns, the straight chord beams and the inclined web beams, and each steel reinforcement cage comprises multiple hoop rings and multiple straight rod bars; and gaps between the profile steel conversion truss and the corresponding reinforcement cages are filled with concrete, and after the concrete is condensed, the shear wall is obtained. By the adoption of the technical scheme, the profile steel conversion truss is formed by erecting I-shaped steel or square steel or F-shaped steel, the construction quality is guaranteed through a series of measures such as ultrasonic flaw detection, reinforcement cage arrangement, column foot base plate and joint bar arrangement and vibration hole and exhaust hole arrangement in a formwork, and the structural strength, the shearing strength and thebearing capacity of the wall body are improved to the maximum extent.
本发明公开了一种型钢混凝土转换桁架剪力墙施工方法,包括以下步骤:通过塔吊搭设支承柱,再在支承柱上搭设并焊接若干根直弦梁,然后在相邻两根直弦梁之间搭设并焊接若干根斜腹梁,所有支承柱、直弦梁和斜腹梁组成型钢转换桁架;在支承柱、直弦梁和斜腹梁上对应装设钢筋笼,钢筋笼包括多个箍环和多根直杆筋;向型钢转换桁架与相应钢筋笼之间的间隙填筑混凝土,待混凝土凝结后,获得剪力墙。采用本发明的技术方案,通过采用工字钢、口字钢或F字钢搭设而成型钢转换桁架,还通过超声波探伤检测,设置钢筋笼、设置柱脚座板和插筋、模板上设置振捣孔和排气孔等一系列措施保障了施工质量,最大限度提升了墙体的结构强度、抗剪力强度以及承载能力。
