The invention discloses a method for transporting and installing an aerated concrete wallboard. The method comprises the following steps: (1) moving a transferring and installing device to a specifiedposition, and adjusting a transferring device on the transferring and installing device to a horizontal state; (2) hoisting the concrete wallboard into the transferring device on the transferring andinstalling device; (3) enabling the transferring device to incline for a certain angle from the horizontal state through a jacking device on the transferring and installing device; (4) hoisting the transferring and installing device to a discharging platform; (5) moving the transferring and installing device to the installing position of the concrete wallboard; (6) rotating the transferring device to be in a vertical state through the jacking device on the transferring and installing device; (7) removing a limiting device on the transferring device to enable the concrete wallboard to slide out of the transferring device; and (8) positioning, fixing and installing the concrete wallboard.
