The invention discloses a method for sintering a multi-layer piezoelectric ceramic piece at one time, and relates to a preparation method of the multi-layer piezoelectric ceramic piece, which comprises the following steps: primarily crystallizing piezoelectric ceramic by increasing the rubber discharging temperature and time, and reducing the sintering heat preservation time to reduce the deformation of the piezoelectric ceramic under high-temperature creep. After the rubber discharging process, the deformation of the multilayer piezoelectric ceramic piece at high temperature is inhibited in amanner of placing a heavy object for pressing and sintering, so that one-time sintering is realized. A subsequent shaping and sintering process is not needed, the product manufacturing period is shortened, the product manufacturing cost is reduced, meanwhile, crystal grains are prevented from growing again, and the performance of the multilayer piezoelectric ceramic piece is guaranteed.
