The top of the side face, close to the steel rail, of the first hinge type clamping plate is provided with a first arc face with a preset first arc line, and the first arc face is tightly attached to the inwards-concave circular bead of a rail jaw on the first side of thesteel rail. On the premise that the section of the clamping plates is not increased, the contact surface of the clamping plates and the rail head is increased, the tensile stress borne by the rail head is reduced, damage and failure of the steel rail joint are reduced, and the service life of the steel rail joint is prolonged.
