A soft resin layer, a base geotextile layer and a rubber modified asphalt layer are arranged on the overground part in the middle of the road marking belt, so that the buffer performance of the road marking belt can be improved;semi-hard resin layers and light-storing coating layers which are arranged at intervals are used as the surface layer, so that the high indentation resistance of the road marking belt can be improved,and meanwhile, the road marking belt has oscillation performance and night light-emitting performance; the underground parts on the two sides of the road marking belt are arranged to be of a V-shapedstructure; a hard plastic sheet without the protruding points is pressed into a road groove in the construction process, and the hard plastic sheet with the protruding points can be extruded in the pressing-in process, so that the protruding points of the hard plastic sheet can be pressed into gravel gaps in the side wall of the groove, and then the anti-stripping force of the road marking belt is improved. The embodiment shows that the wear resistance of the multifunctional road marking belt is lower than 39, the anti-slip value can reach 70, and the stripping force can reach 4260N.
